1 Acceptance of Terms
By registering or using the jutaboy platform, you agree to be bound by all terms and conditions set out in this document. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and jutaboy as the platform operator.
If you disagree with any part of these terms, please stop using our platform immediately. Continued use following any changes to the terms will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms apply together with our Privacy Policy. Both documents form the entire agreement between you and jutaboy.
2 Member Eligibility
The jutaboy platform is open only to individuals who meet the following eligibility criteria. We take seriously our responsibility to ensure the platform is used in a responsible manner.
- Age 18 years and above at the time of registration.
- Not residing in a region or country where online gaming activities are prohibited.
- Has never been banned or had an account suspended by jutaboy previously.
- Registering in a personal capacity, not on behalf of a third party.
- Possessing full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
jutaboy reserves the right to request identity verification (KYC) at any time. Accounts that cannot be verified may be suspended until the KYC process is complete.
3 Account Registration
Each member is only permitted to hold one account only at jutaboy. Multiple account registrations by the same individual are strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being terminated without warning.
When registering, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full name, date of birth, and contact details. False or inaccurate information will affect your withdrawal process and identity verification.
You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential. jutaboy will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access due to your own negligence. If you suspect your account has been compromised, contact our support team immediately.
- One account per individual — no multiple registrations.
- Registration information must be accurate and verifiable.
- Your password must be kept secure and must not be shared.
- Any changes to personal information must be reported to customer support.
4 Deposit & Withdrawal
Jutaboy supports a wide range of popular local payment methods in Malaysia. All deposit transactions are processed promptly through an integrated and secure payment system.
To make a withdrawal, your account must have completed the full identity verification (KYC) process. This is a standard security measure to ensure funds are returned only to the rightful account owner.
- Minimum deposit amounts vary depending on the selected payment method.
- Withdrawals will be processed to the bank account registered under the member's name only.
- Jutaboy reserves the right to request supporting documents to verify unusual transactions.
- Daily and weekly deposit limits can be set through your self-exclusion controls.
- Any attempt to transfer balances through unauthorized methods will be blocked.
Funds in your jutaboy account are held separately from the company's operating accounts. Your balance is always protected.
5 Promotions & Bonuses
All promotions, bonuses, and special offers at jutaboy are subject to specific terms stated on the relevant promotions page. Members are encouraged to read the terms of each offer before participating.
Bonuses cannot be withdrawn directly — they must first be fulfilled through the stated wagering requirements. jutaboy reserves the right to void bonuses obtained through improper means or system abuse.
- Each bonus has its own wagering requirements that must be met within the specified period.
- Bonuses are only valid for fully verified accounts.
- One promotion cannot be combined with another unless stated otherwise.
- Jutaboy reserves the right to modify or withdraw any promotion at any time.
- Abuse of promotions will result in bonus cancellation and further action taken against the account.
6 Member Conduct
Jutaboy expects all members to act with honesty, responsibility, and respect towards other users on the platform. Any conduct that violates our community guidelines will not be tolerated.
The following actions are strictly prohibited on the jutaboy platform and may result in immediate account suspension or termination:
- Fraud, system manipulation, or exploitation of software bugs with malicious intent.
- Use of automated software, bots, or scripts to play games.
- Collusion between members to manipulate game outcomes.
- Attempts to conduct money laundering through the platform.
- Providing false information during registration or the KYC process.
- Registering an account on behalf of another person without authorisation.
jutaboy cooperates with the relevant authorities. Any activity suspected of violating the law will be reported to the appropriate authorities.
7 Account Termination
You may close your jutaboy account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Prior to closure, ensure all eligible balances have been withdrawn in accordance with the established procedures.
Jutaboy also reserves the right to suspend or terminate any member's account without prior notice in the event of a terms violation, fraudulent activity, or any conduct detrimental to the platform or other users. In such cases, any valid balance will be returned once the investigation is concluded.
- Account closure requests from members are processed within 3–5 business days.
- Accounts suspended pending investigation cannot be accessed until a final decision is reached.
- Jutaboy reserves the right to reject re-registration applications from previously banned members.
8 Limitation of Liability
Jutaboy is not liable for any indirect losses, loss of profits, data loss, or service disruptions occurring beyond our control, including technical failures, natural disasters, or third-party network issues.
The jutaboy platform is provided "as is". While we consistently strive to maintain maximum system uptime, we do not guarantee that the service will be entirely free from interruptions or errors at all times. That said, our technical team is always on standby to address any issues as quickly as possible.
9 Terms Amendment
Jutaboy reserves the right to update or amend these terms and conditions at any time. Members will be notified of any significant changes via their registered email or in-platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect.
It is each member's responsibility to review this page regularly to stay informed of the latest version of our terms. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the version currently in effect.
Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
